Service Scope

Riyo Advertising acts as a consultancy helping you with the documentation and filing for name change. We do not guarantee the approval of the Gazette office, which subject to government regulations.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any legal consequences arising from fraudulent information provided by the user will be the sole responsibility of the user.

Refund Policy

Fees paid for newspaper publications and government stamp papers are non-refundable once the bookings are made or papers are purchased. Service fees are non-refundable once the drafting process has commenced.

These terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
